    I was in receipt of my acceptance letter today. In trying to find the 10-digit Account Pin at the top of the letter, I only found a 6-digit number, which is the personal account pin I chose when I sent in the application that I am to use when I access my Assurance Wireless Account. I just could not find a 10-digit number anywhere on the letter, except in the phone number of the phone itself. Please help me find where I am to locate this Account Pin number!! Thank you in advance…..M. Vernon

      The phone number comes with the phone, I think it was on the box itself, that the phone was shipped in, (it’s been a couple of years) but I do know you automatically get a phone number with the phone, search the complete package, not just the letter.

    Hi, I already have a Assurance Wireless phone for some time now and this morning at 1:20 on MeTV the commerical says that I can also get 250 text messages for free with the 250 free minutes. This is NEW to me and how does this effect the phone that I have already? I sure would love to text again, (not while driving of course). This is the best news I’ve heard in a while!

    I had 196 minutes then bam none. Now I cant call anyone. I cant even check status because I cant log into the virgin website as my phone is a trac provided by assurance.

    I just received a letter saying that I have not recertified and am in dangeer of my phone being cancelled. I have indeed recertified by phone over 1 month ago. I also sent in a completed form with my social security number on it 2 weeks ago. My account pin # is xxxxx. Why am I receiving letters that I am not certified? I completed a phone certification 2 months ago and a form 3 weeks ago!!! Please contact me! I am tired of filling out form after form and phone certifications.

    i called about an application I send in for a change of phone number. But the girl said she could do it. So she gave me a number but now I can not use the phone.
